Murr Siler & Accomazzo, P.C. was established in 1992. Its original founders, real estate attorney, Joseph A. Murr, and mortgage lending attorney, Eric P. (Rick) Accomazzo, added mortgage servicing attorney, Jamie G. Siler, as a Shareholder in 2008 and in 2012, commercial litigation attorney, Daniel R. Delaney, became a Director at the firm.  Today, MSA remains committed to maintaining a professional work environment filled with vibrant personalities in a highly dynamic atmosphere and employs individuals who further enhance our firm’s distinctive culture and complement our staff of skilled professionals.

Though relatively diversified, we usually represent businesses, lenders and creditors in general practices, commercial transactions and litigation. Our attorneys join our Denver office from all across the nation and focus on areas of law including Real Estate, Business Law, Commercial Litigation, Mortgage Lending, Mortgage Banking, Mortgage Servicing, Insurance and Catastrophic Personal Injuries, Appellate Law, Creditor Bankruptcy, and Business Transactional Law.

We are privileged to have contributed to Colorado and Federal law with the many reported decisions credited to our firm and our firm’s attorneys—past and present. We are also honored to have several of our attorneys rated AV® PreeminentTM, meeting very high criteria of general ethical standards.

Aside from our notable professional achievements and ratings, we are equally proud to provide our firm members with a “family like” environment and together, participate in many character and teambuilding events, further strengthening our inter office relationships and our abilities to perform as a unified team. We are also delighted and fortunate to have built many of these same “family-like” relationships with so many of our clients. MSA truly prides itself as being a firm that delivers exceptional legal advice and assistance from highly experienced attorneys and support staff who our clients can not only trust with the most challenging of issues, but bond with on an individual level as well.
