Kara J. Snow
Practice areas: Ms. Snow’s practice focuses primarily on assisting residential lenders, loan originators, loan servicers, and other financial services clients with their federal and state compliance needs. She is particularly skilled at helping clients structure RESPA-compliant marketing services agreements and developing compensation arrangements which comply with TILA’s Loan Originator Compensation Rule.
She also devotes a significant proportion of her practice to litigation. She manages the national contested litigation portfolios of several large mortgage investors, encouraging rapid and cost effective resolution of cases.
Ms. Snow represents commercial real estate lenders and investors in drafting purchase and sale agreements, conducting due diligence, and shepherding transactions from inception to closing.
